A handsome oak and silver plated mounted water or beer jug by John Grinsell & Sons, Birmingham with a handle under the spout for easier pouring. This huge jug has a porcelain liner and all the silver plated mounts are in excellent re-plated condition. There is one expansion crack in the wood on one side of the jug, but it does not detract from this outstanding piece.
