A very fine and elegant Victorian silver plated claret jug with a hinged domed lid and a rope and tassel finial. Engraved garland mount with a rope scroll style handle. The ovoid shape clear glass body has been engraved and cut with stars and garlands finished with a star cut base. In very good replated condition. (c.1890).
