Your package shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via a tracked service. If you prefer express delivery, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Please note: Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays are not classed as a working day for either the dispatch or delivery of orders.

Our delivery charges explained

Shipping costs are determined by your geographical location and the weight of the consignment. This table shows our standard rate delivery costs and are in GBP. Please note the indicated weight of an item within the item description is for the actual item itself and is not the overall weight of the consignment.

Returns

If you have simpy changed your mind. (Within the UK).

If you have ordered goods from us, but then simply decided that you wish to cancel your order, then as a consumer you are entitled to do so and have any money that you have paid to us refunded, provided that the goods have not been in your possession for more than 14 Days after the day on which you received the goods. Please note that you may not cancel or return any special orders or orders that have been manufactured for you.

You will receive a refund via your original payment method as soon as reasonably practicable, but no later than 30 days after the cancellation of your order.

If we collect the goods from you, we will charge you for the cost of collection (and we may if we wish deduct this from your refund).

To cancel an order that has not been dispached, go to the Orders/Returns page and cancel it at the bottom of the View Order page.

Please note that our Returns Policy for Consumers does not affect your statutory rights. You can get more information about your statutory rights from the Citizens Advice Bureau (www.citizensadvice.org.uk) or Consumer Direct (www.direct.gov.uk).

Goods Are Faulty On Arrival

If you find that your goods are faulty on arrival, then you are entitled to a

- repair (if possible).

- replacement (if possible).

- refund.

Please note that for some goods it may be disproportionately costly to repair those goods, and so where this is the case, then we will give you a replacement or a refund.

We reserve the right to inspect the goods and verify any fault(s) and/or damage.

Goods Damaged On Arrival

If you discover that your goods are visibly damaged on arrival, you should either write on the delivery note that the packaging is damaged, or refuse to accept the delivery. Please also contact us within 7 days with details of the damage. This will help us considerably in raising the matter with our appointed carrier. Once the damaged goods have been received back with us, then we will either

- replace (if possible).

- repair (if possible).

In some cases, where goods are being returned to us due to damage on arrival, then a repair is simply not practicable.

Returns - Packaging Guidelines

If you're returning something to us it's important that it is packaged correctly so that it does not get damaged during transit.

We therefore suggest that you package the item in its original packaging (assuming that you have the packaging and it is still intact).

Where it's not possible to use the original packaging, please ensure that the goods are sufficiently packaged and cushioned to protect against any reasonable shocks, puncturing, scratching or damage that may occur during carriage, handing and/or sorting.

If we have agreed to collect the goods from you, then our appointed carrier shall be entitled to inspect the quantity, condition and the packaging.

We reserve the right to inspect the goods and verify any fault(s) and/or damage. Please also be aware that if you are not home when we attempt to collect the goods at the scheduled time, we will charge for a new collection.
