A most unusual design Victorian silver plated biscuit box or barrel in a cylindrical shape with hinged lid with rustic fern engraving. Each side has a squirrel holding a circular looped handle. The barrel stands on four scroll supports with a rope twist bar. This barrel is in very good replated condition. (c.1880).
