A beautiful tortoiseshell and sterling silver jewellery box in a circular form with a hinged tortoiseshell lid inlaid with a silver pique floral empty cartouche. Velvet lined interior and the body has a unusual silver base and stands on four cast scroll and floral legs. Very good original condition. (1920).
