Unusual Georgian Sterling Silver Octagonal Mustard Pot

An unusual style Georgian sterling silver mustard pot. In a octagonal form hinged lid with bright cut engraving and a empty cartouche. The body has two bands of pierced floral decoration with a reeded base. Detachable Bristol blue glass liner and is in very good original condition. (1789).
