A very rare and unusual golf motif ink stand. In a rectangular shape the domed hinged lid has been hand chased and signed depicting a golfer playing on the green. The plain body has two golf ball looped handles and stands on four golf ball style feet. The interior has two glass bottles with bun style hinged lids and a central lidded nib holder. This ink stand is in original used condition with some silver plated ware on the highlights of the golf scene as shown. (c.1960).
