A very decorative Victorian glass and silver plated biscuit box. Cylindrical form with a hinged floral engraved lid and a cast eagle motif finual. The detachable glass body has been beautifully engraved with rustic fern and leaf decoration. Circular base engraved with floral decoration and supported on three cast floral feet. Very good re silver plated condition and also has a diamond registration mark on the feet. (c.1890)
